The Zodiac is a Star Calendar

Earth Rotation
Diagram 1 – earth-shattering revelation (Not!)

As well as the Earth perhaps spinning around 360 degrees each day with respect to the Sun (Diagram 1 above), the Earth orbits the Sun once per year (Diagram 2 below).

Earth Orbit
Diagram 2 – Sun-shattering revelation (Not!)

Because the stars are so far away, the Earth’s tilt is irrelevant as to when they appear or disappear, but the position of the Earth and Sun (i.e. which calendar day it is), is relevant as to whether the stars can be seen or not.

Thus the stars rising on the horizon will change by 1/365.25 each following night due to the Earth’s orbit, but what can be seen by the observer with the naked eye will also change due to sunset times at various latitudes and times of the year due to earth’s tilt.

Do you want to create your own star calendar?

In many locations the stars can no longer be seen due to street or other lighting and increasing air pollution.

If you are lucky enough to live where the stars can be seen still, then you might identify a star rising over the eastern horizon that is just becoming visible as the sun sets. That would create a direct correlation for that spot on the Earth for that day of the year and that star. Thus a star based calendar could be created based on this correlation.

If you try creating your own star calendar you might find the zodiac animals useful near the equator.

This would be a much better use of your average Nerd’s time than learning Klingon!

How to translate Astrology into English

Songs, tunes, rhythms, images and taboo subjects have all been been used as aide-memoires for teaching from time immemorial. Let us consider the following 2 statements:

Statement One: “The land and the oceans will suffer mighty winds and floods from the time of the Bull to the time of the Goat in the triangle of the Devil.”
Statement Two: “Hurricanes occur from May to December around the Caribbean.”

If one statement is scientifically true then logically the second statement is true because both statements are saying the same thing. The ignorant who like to pretend they are scientists with the ‘truth’ and reject anything expressed in astrological terms will need to face their own silliness and illogicality.

Conclusion

So the question everyone might ask is: “On what day of what month in a Leap Year is the tip of the Goat’s phallus ascendant as the Sun sets in your star calendar ?”

Is There A Tea Party Conspiracy…?

Conspiracy?

Tea Party - Gadsden FlagIs there a Tea Party Conspiracy to hide the fact that Jesus Christ was Chinese by keeping Americans ignorant of geography?

Consider the story of a Sudanese man named Malik who met an Afro-American sailor in Athens in 1982. When Malik says he is from Sudan, the US sailor asks “Where is that?” Malik explains it is south of Egypt, and the sailor asks “Where’s that?”

With typical Sudanese politeness, Malik explains by giving directions and distances from Athens and then asks the sailor, where is he from?

The sailor proudly proclaims “New York,” to which Malik asks “Where’s that?”

The sailor, apparently confused at Malik’s ignorance, says “New York City, in New York State”.

Malik then asks “And where’s that?”

Clearly quite peeved, the sailor shouts “The U.S of A!”

“… and where’s that?”, asks Malik.

“…The United States of America!” shouts the sailor.

“Oh, I’ve heard of that,”, says Malik. “Its somewhere west of London, isn’t it?”

Americans mostly travel only within the USA and learn in depth only about the 50 States in school, so naturally, their notorious ignorance of other places might be partially understood. But ignorance in a sailor from a US Navy warship in the eastern Mediterranean is concerning. Is there a better explanation for this ignorance? Keep reading!

Christ was Chinese?

Three Wise MenAllan Dennis was a scholar and Methodist lay preacher at a prestigious private school in the latter half of the twentieth century. He once posed a fascinating question to his Grade 12 Latin class: if the Magi were from Persia, and they followed the star in the east to find Christ, then how could He be other than Chinese?

Now Jesus is described in some Greek texts as “chromos”, or coloured, and many have suggested from this that he was a negro. But maybe “chromos”  actually referred to his Chinese features? Some have also speculated about how Buddhist-like the teachings of Jesus were, quite in contrast to the Jewish teachings of the time, and that it was because He had spent time in the Far East. For a little more on this “theory”, check out the links here and here

Dennis suggested a different explanation was more likely. The Sun, the Moon and the stars all rise in the east, and in many ancient languages the word for “east” and “rising” were the same, so a translator’s error could have changed the meaning of “rising star” to “star in the east”. With the publication of various versions of the Bible over the centuries, the meaning of the texts became altered and corrupted from the original. A literal interpretation of them by fundamentalists is clearly quite silly, said Dennis.

Broccoli and “Kosherness?”

Broccoli

But mere mistranslation does not cover other geographical challenges to the holy books. For example, a New York Jewess complained on a TV show about how difficult it was to remove insects from broccoli in order to make it Kosher. As Kosher food should only contain “beast, bird or fish”, leaving in the insects (‘every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth’ – Leviticus 11:41-43)  would make it an abomination and thus non Kosher.

The Bible only mentions the continents of Europe, Asia and Africa, and displays no knowledge of Antarctica, Australia, North and South America. So when a cook was looking at broccoli with a magnifying glass for insects in the USA, according to the various ancient words of the all-knowing God, ironically it also means that she was living in a continent that also should not be there.

Now whilst Darwinism is openly attacked by fundamentalists, the geography war would only be won by teaching U.S. geography in U.S. classrooms in order to avoid the young asking questions that are obvious with a better understanding of geography, gained perhaps by a proper understanding of the Zodiac.

The problem for the true followers of the Zodiac is the gross misrepresentation by some Christians and most Astrology believers. Ms. God, not only did not see the four continents, but also misunderstood that Europe is really just a peninsula of the Eurasian continent. So every world map is a challenge to Jews, Christians and Muslims, but not followers of the Zodiac.

But more on that next time!

Honesty and the Zodiac – A Seriously Heavy If True survey

We now beg your help with Seriously Heavy If True surveys.

Some decades back, Ms SHere Hite produced the now famous Hite Report, which reported that women hate man in general. Some have suggested that that her results were skewed since she was using data from volunteer respondents from lesbian and feminist magazines. Ms Hite asserted the large number of respondents somehow overcame the problem of bias.

Do Hite’s results appear possible?

The world’s population is still exploding, except where the use of contraception is exploding.

Other surveys have reported that 75% of lesbians “cross-hitting” on occasions. Many men in long term relationships are surprised, thus to discover they might still be getting some action occasionally, if only they’d married a lesbian. It seems that straight women are even angrier with men.

Many suspect Ms. Hite sold many books in any event. Inspired by Hite, we will start some anonymous, volunteered, uncheckable survey taking and see what extremely interesting (or boring) results we can assert.

Now to prove our results are just as reliable as any other media, our first survey is for participants to report whether they feel more, similar or less honest to the people around them.

This will provide a measurable basis of reliability that all media surveys seem to lack.

If you wish to contribute to this significant advancement in human knowledge, please click on this link to go to our surveys page and click on ‘Honesty Survey’. As time unfolds we will be adding more surveys to this page so check back often to check what the latest one is.
